"Oh I will," was all the woman told the cocky guard before he left. The words were quiet and poised, and housed a meniacle and almost insane feel to them. She was careful to lock her soul pericing, pleasure filled eyes with his before he turned away. The peasant needed a hint of the power she held.
Turning to the blonde child her expression changed to that of concern. "Don't worry about anything, Abri. I will take care of you," she said, ignoring her comment on the temperature. It was a tad chilly indeed.
The proud woman approached her and wrapped her arms around the child to keep her warm. If they were to get out of this place, they needed to act like innocent women.
"This will be over soon," Amelia whispered into the ear of the girl as the gates to the cell reopened with a disrupting creak. Obviously the Anthropesians did not take much pride in their prisons.

Her heart ached for her parents as memories came back and washed over her mind in a frenzy. She only got bits and pieces of what happened as her house burned down and her parents saved her. Tears welled up to her eyes, but she held them back. She would not be weak infront of the Princess. Feeling her warmth reminded her of her family, but it also brought a new idea to mind. She thought, Family might be blood, but its also is who you treasure in your heart. At first, she had disliked, even hated Princess Amelia, but now having seen both sides of her, Abri changed her mind about her. Silently, she made a promise to hold Amelia dear to her heart and help her in anyway possible, because no matter where her loyalties lie or what her blood is, Abri had made a good friend in this bid ol' world. Abri almost squealed with happiness as the gate swung open. I can't believe they forgot to lock it! she yelled in her mind. The time for action was upon them and they had to think fast. "Whats the plan, friend?" she asked, hoping that the Princess had a plan, because she did not.

"Escape." was all the tall, independent brunette woman let escape from her rosy, velvet lips. Elegantly and delicately releasing the child she strode forward silently and gave a small motion toward Abri, commanding her to remain silent and follow the trained assassin to their freedom. The girl supposedly owned a horse. And, because the outskirts of the castle would be heavily guarded, they would mount the beast and gallop down the undefended coast toward freedom.
"I am in need of your horse. Lead me there," she instructed, voice extremely quite but stern. Amelia subtlety arched her neck around the rusted iron bars and only spotted one guard off his guard. She slowed retracted back within the cell and motioned for the child to stay put as she drew the poisoned knife that had been previously concealed within the fabrics of the gown. Delicate fingers then tugged gently upon the silk garment, allowing her breast to be slightly more exposed and attractive, and her hair was then fixed quickly with a slight tease, giving the hour glass figured woman a sort of sexy roguish attraction.
The blot of red then slid from the cell and into the shadows of the hall. The guard was nearly asleep, merely staring at a blank and rather bleak stone wall that provided nearly impenetrable surroundings for the housing of war criminals whom heads would catch quite the price in their home country. The shadow skirted down the hall in the opposite direction of the guard and rounded a corner. She then remerged and and simply walked toward the man. He looked up in her direction and let his eyes trace her feminine figure before he returned to his bored and blank stare. She had her hands which concealed the knife clasped behind her back out of sight, and upon approaching the male nonchalantly introduced into sight and made a simple incision in his exposed wrist.
Wild and malicious eyes moving upward he sneered at her, his eyes taking a moment to briefly rest upon her chest before returning to her icy gaze. His pupils dilated and breaths quickly sharpened, and the mans chest heaved with one final attempt to call upon fellow guards without success, as no sound emanated from his throat. He looked into Amelia's unforgiving eyes as she caught him on his fall to the ground, mouthed one last word before his life slipped his grasp. Melkor.
He had realized her characteristic trait from the king. Her eyes. And as the man's life slipped away, it finally occured to him. She gently placed him on the ground and gave him a small kiss of the forehead before returning to the cell Abri was told to stay it.
"Come. Where am I to go if we have intentions of fetching your pony?"

Abri watched half in awe and horror as the assasin did her work. Abri wrinkled her nose when Amelia pulled down her dress. Abri did not think that wearing skimpy clothing made you pretty. but the guard did...
Abri shuffled down the hall, keeping her eyes out for any movement of a guard. She was unfamiliar with this castle, so she turned around and went out the way they came, heaving the creaky old oak door open and bolting towards the city. As they approached the gates, Abri's head began to hurt. She had been focusing so hard on a way to get out, and coming up with nothing, that her head had started to throb. All she wanted now was to stop running and drink some water to ease her head. Once her little feet stopped running, she panted, "Princess, can you get us past the castle gates? I can get to my horse as soon as we are out."

"Of course," she stated, mind buzzing. There would be no way she could slip past the gates. They would catch her. Unless . . .
"Follow me," she commanded. Skirting into the shadows once more the woman disappeared, and slid behind one of the castles coulombs. Tucked away out of sight was an opening where goods were brought into the castle, and outside of that opening sat a covered horse drawn cart. One man was off loading a few of his goods, and as he disappeared behind the stone walls Amelia grabbed up Abri and jumped into the cart. She was prepared to threaten the man but apparently he had finished his delivery and simply sat in the bench directly in front of the cloth that concealed the women from the guards. The assassin spotted a large flower sack and quickly covered both her and Abri with it.
It would only be a matter of time before the cart would begin to move and they would be out of the castle.

Once the cart was out onto the busy streets of ____, Amelia shuffled the little girl off the back of the cart, and let her lead the way to the stabled where her small black horse was kept. Even though the guards were not searching for them yet, their absence was sure to be noted soon. Before, they were held on suspicion, but, not that Amelia had killed someone, they would be prosecuted as murderers. Not even Abri's small innocent eyes or age could help her now. Her only chance was to live by lies her whole life, tell the king about Amelia, or go with her. I can always tell the king later if it comes to that, and she will likely kill me if I do not help her. she thought, mentally cringing at her first memory of the royal assassin. "Excuse me, pardon me, passing through!" Abri yelled repeatedly, pushing as best she could through the crowds of people. The stables wasn't far from here, in face she could almost see it someone pushes her into a dark house, and her eyes see no more.

"Yes?" the woman muttered, distaste eminent within her curt dialogue. She could see the musty stable ahead in which Abri was leading her, and a relieved sigh escaped her. She didn't want to ride all the way back to Phostire, but it was required. She planned on avoiding Enrotium . . . her mother's kingdom . . . and taking a detour through the unknown territories Xious was believed to currently be thriving within. It would be risky and she could get captured by one of their ranks, but it would not be the first time she traveled "alone" through their woods. The child would come back to Phostire, and her fate would be decided by the king . . . but Amelia would go to great lengths to ensure she lived peacefully within her home country.
They reached the barn and the woman didn't hesitate to enter, the strong scent of horses practically slapping her in the face upon rounding the edge of the building and stepping inside. The assassin however paused and waited for the girl to catch up.

Abri ran to catch up with Amelia, and slammed on her brakes a litle too late, for she crashed into Amelia. "Sorry!" she squeaked backing away with a fear on her face. She didn't want to anger this scary lady. Ever. Even if that meant doing things she wasn't crazy about... Abri lead she princess to the stall where her horse was stabled, pridefully saying, "isn't he the biggest and best-est horse you have ever seen?!" "We get to ride him all the way back to where ever your house!" The little girl bounced up and down with bubbly excitement.
OOC: What if they sneak through the land of the griffons and 'run into' Kolzar there?
